Small housing developments are something that J&C Jones Building Contractors Ltd have been considerably engaged with especially over the last few years. Although our first development was carried out and completed over 10 years ago, some of our recent projects include the newly completed Congl Meinciau, Botwnnog development of 12 new sustainable and affordable houses, Bryn Hedd, Mynytho – a small private development of 6 luxury 4/5 bedroom homes for Headland Promotions Ltd, and we are currently halfway through the construction phase of our second development of 12 sustainable and affordable houses at Ffordd y Traeth, Llanbedrog.
